So my book has been out for a while now. It is not a best-seller or anything, but it has been getting some good reviews from the critics. And I really couldn't have finished it without your moral support. Actually, that is not true at all. I would have finished it o other way. But I am grateful that you believed in me. I am not saying that I want to cut all ties with you.
Writing connects people. I am glad to have a friend like you to encourage me on my writing.

"I came here because I liked the small-town atomsphere and the potential to a holistic approach to patient care." said a doctor working in a small village. However things have changed nowadays. In modern hospitals, it is almost impossible for doctors to build a consistent relationship with their patients due to the fact that the mobility of the patients has increased.
This change contributes to the release of pressure of doctors, although it may make patients feel distant from the doctors . "Image having a patient's life completely in your hands, and failing to keep them alive... That is something that will haunt you forever. " Doctors will agree to such an opinion.
The fact that people are drawing away themselves from the other has its positive affect too.
