Yesterday, my brother and I went fishing. We were fishing at a river. Each of us had a fishing rod and we used worms as bait.
At first, we did not catch any fish. We felt very disappointed.
Not long after, we began to feel a tug at our fishing rods. Then more fish ate our bait. Finally, we managed to catch about eight fish altogether.
We brought the fish home and gave them to our mother. She was proud of us. She fried the fish for dinner.
My ambition
My ambition is to become a doctor. I choose to be a doctor because I want to look after sick people.
Each time I go to the hospital, I will feel very sorry for the patients there. I always hope that I can do something to help them so that they can return to their normal lives. This made me decide to work as a doctor when I grow up.
Besides that, I would also want to set up my own clinic. At the clinic, my patients will only have to pay a minimum fee. For the poor, medicine will be free. I hope this dream of mine will come true one day.
