今天，我们英语老师要检查我们英语自主作业。这项作业是自愿做的，当然也有同学是没有做的，但大多数还是做的。
当老师要检查的时候，我就查看了我的书包。我一翻书包，发现那本英语作业没再我的书包里。这时候，我才想起来， 我并没有带来，而是放在我的书桌上。我仔细地想了想，确实，我昨天整理书包的时候，并没有放到书包里。因为，我没有想到今天英语老师会检查这项作业的。
这下子该咋办呢？
